Couple of things to check.
First push in the red or estop button. As soon as the red light goes out, push the green button. What happens sometimes is the power supply doesn't get up to full voltage before the gecko goes into it checks and give an error.
Second the power supply maybe going bad. Test to see how much DC voltage is coming out of the power supply. It should be 36 volts DC. If its below 18 then you will get a fault light.

Cast Acrylic is the answer. Also if you can use a 90 or 120 degree bit may help but I have used 60 v cutter also.

Yes, USBCNC ran the 4th axis. Only the turning mode is not available. It just simply means you have to do it different.
