4th axis turning
« on: September 04, 2015, 06:11:12 PM »
I have had my DWC for about a year and been doing signs & cutouts gears with no problems love the machine. I am wanting to move on to learning the 4th axis option on my machine. Attached is a small program I did following along with a video showing how to do 4th axis turning. I am not sure what I am missing. The router moves as I think it should but the spindle never turns on. I am sure it's something I am just overlooking. Any help would be appreciate. Thank you in advance.

Doug
4th Axis Turning mode is only available with the Mach3 controller. The video was made when Mach3 was available.

Yes, USBCNC ran the 4th axis. Only the turning mode is not available. It just simply means you have to do it different.
