« on: May 11, 2016, 07:17:36 PM »
Having some power box problems with the control box of the DWC. the fault light wont turn on and neither will the power light but it will turn on the fans inside the box with i press the green button in.  If someone knows whats going on it would be a great help cant find anything about it.

Couple of things to check.
First push in the red or estop button. As soon as the red light goes out, push the green button. What happens sometimes is the power supply doesn't get up to full voltage before the gecko goes into it checks and give an error.
Second the power supply maybe going bad. Test to see how much DC voltage is coming out of the power supply. It should be 36 volts DC. If its below 18 then you will get a fault light.
