Bad Tool Path :(
« on: July 22, 2016, 09:55:16 AM »
The tool path I generated in BobCAM made these radical paths far away from the work piece.  There is no geometry out there so what might have cause this?

I continue trying to fix this tool path and even saved the file as a dxf then started over with the dxf.  No joy :(

This geometry was made by vectorizing a jpg.  Then I did a lot of cleaning up by using 'drag corner' and 'deform' and used 'transform' to scale the geometry down.  I suspect all the editing caused this wild tool path :(

Suggestions?

Finally!  Open geometry was the problem.
