router moving in wrong directions
« on: August 16, 2016, 02:58:04 PM »
i was using the router most of the day, then it started to function improperly

i have reset the firmware, via the software.

when I use the controller to make it move up or down, it will go in the wrong direction , but not everytime
the other movements seem to be ok, I have let it sit off for a while and restarted the software, did the reset several times

any other ideas?

thanks

I have taken the g50x from the 4th axis and moved it to the Z-axis, - same
I have tried x & Y in the z axis - they work properly
I have tired the z into the X & Y - tries to move not properly
I have a new motor - same end result
I have a new wire - same end result

any other ideas? I am not sure what else to try?

thanks

Bobby we need to reverse the direction of the axes in the settings file... IF you have not resolved this issue, give me a call at 352-404-3951 and I can walk you thru it..
