Problem working with Layers in CorelDraw.
« on: May 03, 2013, 04:48:40 PM »
I have been drawing up a cribbage board in CorelDraw X4.  I've used layers to allow exporting various elements individually.  This allows me to import individual elements into CNC USB, setting the Base Height {carve depth} for each element before pasting them together in a unified Gcode.

My difficulty...
In Corel, I've tried grouping elements together to use Align & Distribute to center it all over Zero without changing their relationship to one another.  Each time I Group the elements, they all shift to a single layer :(

Is there a way to group elements from separate layers without shifting them all to a single layer???
