No "single point" in CorelDraw :(

When drawing the drill pattern for cribbage boards, I discovered there is no way to create a 'point' in Coreldraw :(  Any of the alternatives I tried end up being scaled when scaling the drawing and result in the hole being routered as well as drilled.

Now I'm using LibreCAD to draw projects requiring mechanical or drilling features and Coreldraw for anything more artsy or using fancy fonts.

BTW, here is a screen shot of a circular cribbage board drawn in LibreCAD.
